Can I decline a request?
You received a request but the job isn't for you. It's all good, just decline it. Yes. You decide which request you quote on and which you reject. If you decide to reject a request, you will be asked to leave feedback for the client. Just select an option from the drop-down menu and that will close the request. A client is not responding to me. What should I do?
You've sent messages or an offer, but haven't heard back. Don't take it personally, clients can be busy! Clients can take some time to put their thoughts together or come to a decision so it is expected that sometimes they don’t respond straight away. What is the response rate? A response rate appears on your profile after you receive your first request and reflects your responsiveness to incoming requests. You need to either message, decline or quote on a request within 48 hours of receiving it to keep it at 100%. What is the request deadline?
