Do you need to fully or partially refund the fees to your client? Find out how.

If you found yourself needing to refund the full or part of the payment your client has made to you, follow these simple steps to do so. Go to your 'Account settings' and click 'Payment' in the top right corner.

You will see that your Stripe account is successfully connected and you will be able to launch Stripe.

Once you launch your account, find the client's payment sorting by date and click 'Refund'. Here you can select whether it will be a full or partial refund, enter the amount and state the reason for the refund. Click 'Submit' and it's all done.

The client will receive the refunded amount in their bank account within a few business days.
