How can I change chapter titles?
To change chapter titles on the Book Editor, you need to click on the chapter title that is on the body/matter and not on the ones from the sidebar then begin typing your chapter’s title. If you had already named your chapters, then you just need to delete that title and add the one you want!

However, you can not remove chapter titles, because an entry in a table of contents must have a title. The experience on an e-reader is much better with a good table of contents.
If you really want to remove your chapter titles, you can move all of the content to the back matter, since titles are not compulsory in the back matter. Note that these chapters will not be numbered either.
